SOUND DESIGN
One of my favorite aspects of editing is storytelling through sound. When used thoughtfully, it can invite the audience’s imagination to fill in what is unseen, much like a radio play, expanding the emotional and narrative world beyond the frame.

This half-hour psychological thriller places sound at the center of its storytelling. With minimal dialogue, the challenge was to let sound carry both narrative momentum and emotional depth. Billy Crystal stars as Eli, a man burdened by shame and guilt, and sound becomes an active storytelling force. Each element is carefully designed to function as a clue, drawing the audience deeper into the mystery. Through close collaboration with the sound editing and mixing teams, we heightened the impact of the story and sharpened its emotional pull.
